Are you not satisfied with your order?

We find that very unfortunate and we would like to hear what we can do to satisfy you.

You can return your order up to 14 days and we ensure that the purchase amount is refunded within 5 working days of receiving the return shipment.

Easy return in 3 simple steps

Step 1: Complete the return form.
Download the return form here and complete it in its entirety.

Step 2: Send your order.
Send the articles together with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace code. You are responsible and we do not want misunderstandings to arise.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account.
Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is returned to your bank account within 5 working days.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
